Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash or card payment on site.
Refunds are not normally available for completed treatments.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full session rate.
Communication
You can expect a response to emails within 48 hours. If I am away or unable to respond within this timeframe, I will notify you of my absence.
Professional Conduct
I am a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council and adhere to their Code of Professional Conduct and Safe Practice.
